Jeff, do you know why "Romeo & Juliet: Sealed with a Kiss" isn't on the official list of films eligible for the Best Animated Feature Oscar? It seems to fulfill the requirements, having been released in a Los Angeles theatre in October, fully animated and over 70 minutes in length.
If it were eligible (which it seems to be), there would be 16 contestants and thus 5 nominees. Yet nobody, neither the Academy nor the media, have mentioned that it is in the running.

So did I. Two favourite performers: Chad Van Gaalen and Ronnie Burkett were going to be there.
